From 29th November to 24th December, step into the magic and visit Father Christmas in his enchanting grotto, where Christmas wishes come to life.

How much do tickets cost?

Weekends & School Holidays:

• £19.95 per child (includes 1 FREE adult)

• £15.95 per child (weekdays, term-time)

• £10.00 for children under 2

• £5.00 per additional adult (max 3)

SEN Session – 19th December:

• £19.95 per child (includes 1 FREE adult)

• £10.00 per child attending with an SEN child

• £5.00 per additional adult (max 3)

Christmas Eve:

• £24.95 per child (includes 1 FREE adult)

• £10.00 for children under 2

• £5.00 per additional adult (max 3)

• 5 minutes with Father Christmas

• Maximum of 3 children per booking.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is ample, free parking for guests.

Are there any SEN sessions?

Yes 19th December is our Sentstive Santa day where we will reduce the capacity, extend the timeslots for each child, reduce music volume.

Is the event wheelchair friendly?

Yes our venue is fully accessible.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you have to purchase tickets for accompanying adults?

You get 1 Free adult per booking then £5.00 per additional adult (max 3 extra adults per booking)
